StarNode Development Roadmap

StarNode follows a meticulously structured, multi-phase development roadmap designed to progressively build out a robust, blockchain-powered gaming ecosystem. This roadmap not only ensures the technical and gameplay foundations are solid, but it also emphasizes long-term growth, making it an exciting opportunity for early-stage involvement.

Phase 1: Concept & Blockchain Integration (Q3 2025)

  • Finalize Core Game Mechanics & Ecosystem Design: Establish the foundational game mechanics, ensuring the ecosystem's scalability and the integration of blockchain technologies, with a focus on upgradeability.

  • First Species Launch - Humarai v.1: Introduce the first playable species, the Humarai, featuring unique stat, bonus, armor, and skill metadata. This will showcase the innovative combination of character generation and the game's potential.

  • Expansion of Development Team: Hire additional expertise in Unity and Rust to enhance both the gaming experience and the blockchain infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition as we roll out more data-dense game features.

Phase 2: Beta Testing & Ecosystem Expansion (Q4-Q1 2025-26)

  • Launch Second Species - The Lupix: Introduce the second species, the Lupix, alongside upgradable equipment sets that enhance player customization and provide additional strategic depth.

  • Direct Marketplace Integration: Implement an integrated marketplace directly on the StarNode website, allowing players to trade, buy, and sell on-chain game items.

  • Community-Driven Feedback Loops: Establish a dedicated community feedback channel, enabling early adopters to influence gameplay mechanics, bug fixes, and user interface improvements, ensuring an optimized experience ahead of the full launch.

Phase 3: Long-term Biz Dev, Marketing, and Platform Integration (2026 on)

  • Full-Scale Release: Launch the complete StarNode universe, featuring all four species, additional classes, and advanced gameplay mechanics. This includes the full integration of assets, marketplace features, and a seamless gaming experience on both blockchain and traditional platforms starting with a desktop executable.

  • Long-term Marketing Initiatives: Form strategic partnerships, while expanding marketing efforts to reach a global audiences in Asia and Europe specifically. This will enhance the game's visibility and drive adoption across multiple sectors.

  • Competitive Events & NFT-Based Collectibles: Introduce competitive gameplay events and limited-edition collectibles that incentivize community participation and offer rewards to enhance community engagement in the project.
